ARTS: Organising Arts events for HQ, as well as doing art works, painting furniture etc for the HQ building.
ZINE: Writing, publishing and distributing the HQ ZINE.
WEBSITE DESIGN AND CONTENT: Organising the HQ Website and keeping it up to date with the latest on HQ.
FURNITURE AND FITTINGS: Getting together a list of all the furniture and fittings we need for HQ, asking people to collect things, and organising for them to be fixed up / painted etc.
CHANNEL 31: Developing Channel 31 programs to promote HQ.
FUNDING: Applying for grants and approaching companies to provide funding for HQ.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: Promoting the vision for World-Class Information Technology at HQ to the major IT companies to get them to provide and showcase their products.
DIVERSITY ISSUES: Making sure HQ is attractive and accessible to all young people from all backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES: Promoting HQ to people who provide sound equipment, lighting etc to get them to provide and showcase their products.
MARKETING AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS: Putting together the marketing plan for HQ and developing videos, CDs and marketing presentations.
SITE WORKS: Finishing off interiors of buildings, cleaning up the site, landscaping and planting (with as many permaculture ideas as possible) - between September and November 2000 to be ready for the Launch.
OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES: Working out the day-to-day running of HQ.
ABORIGINAL SITE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Finding ways to get Aboriginal involvement.
