Mar Bucknell Director : General
The elder of the tribe mar has been doing activist things since the late 70’s and was at the Roxby blockades and involved with peace actions through the 80’s. Mar is an experienced director, comedian, actor and has had been involved with several programs on Perth Community Radio RTR since 1987.

Natalie Wasley Matilda : Activist : Legend
Nuke-busting Natty is ready to knock the socks off the nuclear industry and expose their extremely smelly feet (and their greed-fueled stupidity!!) A past life as a Fitness instructor and Sports Aerobic superstar has transformed her into an amped up activist and after three BIG missions back and forth across this country in the last year (Cycling for Sustainability, The Global Greens Conferences and Students and Sustainability and the Indymedia circus) she is fired up to hit the road again. Nat plays an awesome Matilda in the play and I reckon ol’ Banjo would be stoked!! She is a rock and she rocks!, and she be rockin some sanity into this cwazy wacky world!!

Ben Coyne Politician : MC Bongo Benediction : Future Generation Dude
He never stops ... not since 1998 when a David Suzuki lecture led him down to the forest camps in the ancient forests of South West WA. After getting a taste for the ecological injustice in the world (and seeing the microcosm of the forests projected on the larger canvas of the whole shabby system) he has successfully deferred a few years with a dash of uni in between and been a full time activist. In the last 2 years Ben has also crossed the country on 3 missions and crammed everything else in between. He also discovered a word called "Patriarchy". But that is another adventure altogether. A master impro performer whether free-stylin', street busking or as our esteemed "little Johnnie Howard" in atomic oz, Ben is larger than life, and worth laughing with, if not at.

Saritah Composer : Singer : Activist
Music is Sarah’s passion in life and she’s been a singer/songwriter since high school. Atomic Oz is the perfect opportunity for her to combine her passions of music and the planet in a hugely direct way. Her original earth conscious tunes are performed solo and with extra special guests. Saritah recently returned to the west from an 8 month tour of the east coast sharing her debut EP, and a full length album is promised by mid next year.

Olly Watkins Percussionist : Activist
aka "radioactive man". Is a mad activist passionate about no-nukes, inspired by the incredible actions of nuke activists in Oz, especially colliding last year with Cycling for Sustainability with Uncle Kev and the extended mob camping, walking and rocking for our earth and its people. The year 2000/1 have been busy with national and local direct actions from bike rides to blockades. Olly brings his mad vibrant energy to ATOMIC OZ as a percussionist.

Paul Hood Death : Doco Maker : SM
As you can see from this photo paul is a scary freak. Since an early age Paul has found it hard to fit in and people don’t like him. He always plays death, is the last dude picked for sport, and never achieved academically despite trying (and sucking) real hard. He’s also going to document the tour.
